    CORRECTIONS / TRACEABLE BY DESIGN

    Keep the trail visible.

    A learning product about evidence should not silently rewrite its own evidence. Material corrections are tied to the affected record and its official source.

    Identify

    Record the scenario, myth, term, or guide endpoint and the exact claim that may be wrong.

    Verify

    Check the controlling Gazette or official MeitY material, then confirm commencement and pinpoint separately.

    Correct

    Update the teaching record, reviewed date, and concise change note without hiding the reason.

    Retest

    Run source-integrity checks and verify that every affected screen exposes the corrected status and link.
